No. The service is completely free of charge. We charge you a 20 GBP try on fee the first time you sign up and this is allocated towards any purchase that you make. Should you send all the clothes back the 20 GBP is kept. You only pay for the clothes that you decide to keep and the clothes are all sold at Recommended Retail Price, which is the same price as you would pay in stores. We do not add on to our pricing, but neither do we price match or do sales. You can also quit using the service whenever you want to, it’s completely up to you. Should you not like any of the clothes, you can send it all back free of charge.
Delivery and returns are free of charge so it won’t cost you anything to try on the clothes. We use a combination of our own delivery service and Parcelforce, providing you with hassle free deliveries and returns. You will always be notified with text and e-mail of when the delivery is due for arrival. Most of our customers have their clothes delivered to their work address.
We supply premium clothes that are found in up-market department stores such as Selfridges and pride ourselves of picking brands that have the optimal combination of high quality, style and price. Our brands fall within the category of what is sometimes called “affordable luxury”. We cover most parts of a mans wardrobe including work wear i.e. suits, formal shirts (including made to measure), shoes etc. as well as the casual side, including jeans, T-shirts, casual shirts, jumpers and trainers. We can also cater for your beach holiday.
We deliver within the UK free of charge. For Europe a 20 GBP shipping fee is applied.
On average a box will hold clothes worth ca. 1000 GBP in order to get a good spread and cover different aspects of your wardrobe, but this can of course be customised to your needs.
We recommend that 3 boxes per year which means a box every 4 months. This cover Autumn and winter, Spring and a hot summer. You can always contact us when you want a new box whether it is for a general update or a special event such as a party or holiday and we will do our best to get something to you.
Before sending you, your clothes we will reserve 50% off the value of the clothes. The sum will be pre agreed with your self. Once you have decided what to keep we will then take additional payment alternatively make a refund. We accept all major credit cards.
Yes. We will always try and make exchanges for you. However we operate to a certain extent as a store and sometimes some styles or sizes may not be available, but we will then try and suggest a substitute.
Currently you can’t change delivery address and other preferences your self so please email email@example.com for any changes that you want to make. When placing a repeat order you can also let us know in the additional comments any change in delivery address or other things.
